About the Role
Join a small founding engineering team building software for private aviation operators and brokers. You will own complex product features from customer discovery through launch, helping improve how teams manage sales and operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects end to end, including gathering requirements, designing architecture, building frontend and backend systems, and iterating after launch.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs, demonstrate features, test workflows, and communicate progress.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to break down complex requirements into shippable features across quoting, scheduling, trip management, and payments.
- Make architectural decisions that balance delivery speed, product quality, and long-term scalability.
- Bring customer empathy and business judgment to technical and product decisions.
What We're Looking For
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including deep experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Fullstack experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with customers and cross-functional partners.
- A product-minded approach and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $200,000 to $240,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States.
