As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play an important role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most while building lasting customer relationships and growing your sales career.

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and goals.

• Sell and service insurance products, including auto, home, life, and other personal insurance solutions.

• Educate customers on coverage options and explain policies in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.

• Generate new business through provided leads, referrals, follow-ups, networking, and relationship-building.

• Conduct needs-based sales conversations to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate coverage.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.

• Follow up with prospects and customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Address customer questions and concerns while confidently handling common sales objections.

• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and insurance technology platforms.

• Protect confidential customer information and maintain a high level of professionalism.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continuously improve your sales and insurance knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.

Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow through on commitments.

Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment.

Basic computer and technology skills.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
