Tired of treating multiple patients at the same time?

At All Pro Rehab, our clinicians treat ONE patient at a time for a full 60-minute treatment session. We believe quality physical therapy starts with giving clinicians the time and environment they need to provide exceptional, individualized care.

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Boynton Beach, Florida. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.

About All Pro Rehab

All Pro Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Our patients receive one-on-one evaluations and treatments, with each treatment session scheduled for a full hour. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries.

Our clinic features private treatment rooms, modern equipment, and a collaborative environment where PTs and PTAs work together to help patients achieve meaningful functional goals.

We are conveniently located in Quantum Village (Publix Plaza) in Boynton Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Carry out individualized plans of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate treatment techniques
  • Progress patients appropriately based on their goals, response to treatment, and established plan of care
  • Communicate regularly with supervising Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and concerns
  • Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Help create a positive patient experience from the beginning of treatment through discharge
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, dependable, personable, and passionate about helping patients reach their goals.

Requirements:

  • Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Manual therapy experience or willingness to further develop manual therapy skills
  • Ability to safely and effectively carry out a Physical Therapist's plan of care
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population

Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
