Salary: $21.00 / Per Hour (Approx. $43,680.00 / Annually)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. Overtime is uncommon and requires manager pre-approval.

Job Description:

We're hiring an Administrative Assistant II to keep a busy set of regional programs running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for administrative and clerical support serving leadership, adult day programming, and residential services. This is a great fit for someone who loves staying organized, takes pride in accuracy, and can juggle competing priorities without losing sight of the details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming referrals for day and residential programs, from intake through processing
  • Enter, update, and maintain information across several electronic systems
  • Prepare reports and keep records accurate, current, and confidential
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
  • Arrange logistics for trainings and conferences
  • Order and track supplies, equipment, and furnishings so programs have what they need
  • Process purchasing requests and support basic accounting tasks
  • Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for staff, families, and community partners
  • Occasionally drive a company vehicle for work-related errands

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong skills with numbers and a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Ability to prioritize independently and think critically
  • Proactive, self-directed work style with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Preferred: associate degree in business, office, healthcare, or human services administration
  • Preferred: experience with purchasing, basic accounting, records management, or scheduling
  • Preferred: background in human services, healthcare, disability services, or education
