Location: Somerset, NJ (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 + Car Allowance

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Manager of Business Development to grow business across North America within the chemicals and fragrance ingredients industry. This role is ideal for a proactive business builder who can identify new opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships within the fragrance industry.
• Expand market presence across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting, customer engagement, and strategic business development.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities for long-term growth.
• Take ownership of business development initiatives and actively pursue new customers and markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within aroma chemicals or fragrance ingredients.
• Strong understanding of the North American market, including the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
• Established relationships within the fragrance industry are a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a hands-on approach to developing business.
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
