Position Summary
As a Receptionist at First Team Kia, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom. You’ll report to the General Manager. Your essential duties include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers and ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

• $14-$15 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Manage front desk duties
• Greet customers coming into the dealership
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Take thorough messages, if necessary
• Receipt in money for Sales and Finance departments

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen; commitment to professional conduct
