Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Calvert Manor. Help skilled nursing residents rebuild the abilities behind their daily routines, combining hands-on treatment with practical adaptations that support participation during recovery.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents' self-care skills, upper-extremity abilities, cognition, and tolerance for activity.
Develop individualized plans of care that connect clinical findings with residents' priorities and discharge needs.
Provide treatment for dressing, bathing, toileting, functional transfers, and other meaningful daily activities.
Recommend adaptive equipment and teach residents and caregivers techniques for completing tasks safely.
Reassess outcomes, adjust treatment goals, and supervise COTA services.
Document evaluations and treatment progress, coordinating recommendations with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues.

Qualifications
Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
Clear communication and accurate, timely documentation.
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
