- Partnerwithprojectmanagerstohitkeymilestonesthroughoutthedevelopmentcycle
- Prepareandsubmitloandrawrequestsforcomplexdevelopmentandre-syndicationprojects
- TrackactualcostsandfundingagainstbudgetsandcontractsintheJobCostmodule,andanalyzevariances
- PerformGLanalysis,accountreconciliations,monthlyclose,andfinancialstatementsforanassignedportfolio
- Preparecostcertificationauditsandannualauditschedules,andworkwithexternalauditorstofileauditsandtaxreturnsontime
- EnsurecompliancewithUSGAAP,companypolicies,partnershipandloanagreements,andLIHTCrequirements
- Providead-hocreportingandanalysisasneeded
Whatyoubring
- Bachelor’sdegreeinAccountingorBusinessAdministration(CPApreferred)
- 3+yearsofgeneralledgerexperiencewithincreasingresponsibility
- Experiencewithjobcosting,realestatedevelopment,orconstruction/rehabaccounting
- AdvancedExcelskills,plusWord,Access,andOutlook
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Highaccuracyandaccountability,andtheabilitytomanageshiftingpriorities

- LIHTCandGAAPknowledge
- Experiencereviewingloan,partnerships,orregulatoryagreements
- Enterprise accounting software experience, especially RealPage
