We're looking for a GTM Recruiting Associate to help us hire exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and other commercial teams.

You'll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to identify great candidates, build pipelines, run recruiting processes, and keep searches moving quickly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants significant exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

• Source exceptional GTM talent through LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and creative outbound

• Build targeted market maps and candidate pipelines for priority searches

• Conduct initial candidate screens and help assess fit

• Manage candidates through the recruiting process and deliver a great candidate experience

• Keep searches organized, accurate, and moving quickly

• Track pipeline health, conversion, and recruiting activity

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify bottlenecks and next steps

• Experiment with new sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels

• Develop strong judgment around what great GTM talent looks like

• Take on increasing ownership of searches as you grow

• You naturally meet new people and consider yourself a super connector

• Loose ends drive you crazy

• When something isn't working, you try something else without being asked

• You naturally double-click and ask 70% more questions than most people

• You follow through and follow up

• Trustworthy with candidates, teammates, and sensitive information

• Low ego, no drama

• 1–2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, sales, or other relevant experience

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Comfortable with outbound sourcing and reaching out to people you don't know

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or recruiting tools is a plus

• Experience in a fast-growing startup or technology company is a plus
