Bi-Lingual Litigation Attorney

We are a fast-paced Montgomery County, Maryland law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join our growing team, representing clients in Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury claims. We have been servicing clients since 2001, quickly growing from a single attorney to over 60 employees. Despite our growth, we have been able to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere where we promote teamwork as well as individual development.

Responsibilities:

The Attorney will work primarily in the Worker's Compensation department in Gaithersburg, representing clients at the administrative hearing level as well as at the appeal level. The attorney will typically attend hearings 3-5 mornings a week, spending the afternoons in the office prepping for the following days' hearings and tending to other client matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• · Maryland Bar Admission (DC and Virginia a Plus)

• · 1-3 years of Litigation Experience

• · Spanish Proficiency
