Job SummaryAssist the Food Safety Managerto coordinate, develop, implement the food safety/security regulations, policies and procedures for packing, cooling and farming operations.Responsibilities and DutiesAssist with training for food safety and quality requirementsMaintain documentation such as SOP’s, as well as maintenance of manuals, policies and procedures as related to any food safety concernsConduct internal facility food safety audits as well assist with third party auditsMonitor and verify activities to ensure that all products coming in and out of the facility meet food safety standards in addition to quality standardsUpdate existing food safety procedures and documentation per changing requirementsWork closely with Packing and Cold Storage and Field Managers on any food safety
