Position Summary The Customer Outreach Assistant supports RangerPRINT's sales, customer service, marketing, and outreach functions. This position serves as a primary customer-facing representative and helps customers identify printing solutions, obtain information and estimates, coordinate project details, and follow up throughout the customer experience. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with Kilgore College departments, faculty, staff, student organizations, community organizations, businesses, and other customers.
