The full time role of reception/billing within the Crossen Family Practice structure presents a diverse and multifaceted opportunity to engage with clinical and administrative staff at all levels to provide primary care to our patient population. This position is part time billing and part time reception. We are seeking a candidate with medical billing experience. The role also requires a candidate that is very comfortable interacting with patients directly and over the phone to resolve billing, scheduling, and medication refill needs with the support of the clinical team. We are also looking for a candidate who is able to complete organized patient follow up calls in a timely manner on items related to scheduling, medication refills, and paperwork needs as directed by our clinical staff.
