We are looking for an experienced Onboarding & Recruiting Specialistto support our talent acquisition and employee onboarding processes from first contact through a new hire’s first days with the company. In this role, you will help create a positive candidate and new-hire experience by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting workflows, communicating with candidates, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring new employees have everything they need to get off to a successful start. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
