COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)
- Salary Base:$310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
- CME: $3,000 + 5 days
- Malpractice paid 100%
- PTO: 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time.(accrues yearly)
- Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
- Sign-on bonus: yes
- Student loan Repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)
- 50%Academic, Teaching, building C&A program.
- 50%Clinical: Coverage/oversight: C&A Outpatient Department, and 10 bed IP Unit (IP directoronsite.)
- Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. Some travel to school districts may be involved if needed within short distance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)
- Board Certification in C&A
- 5+ years post-residency experience
- 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
- Track record of teaching and research involvement
- Publication, and academic experience
