Job Summary

- The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient throughout their life span.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
- Baccalaureate degree is preferred.
- Previous experience is desirable, but not required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current license to practice in the state of South Dakota
- Current BLS and PALS certification or completion upon next available program.
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
- 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am
- Every 3rdweekend
