As an Addus Nurse (Registered Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:
- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Present educational in-service trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN or RN licensure.
- New nurse welcome!
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
