Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies across the organization.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures that protect against unauthorized access to critical systems.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate PAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide guidance on the selection, deployment, and management of CyberArk PAM and CyberArk Privileged Cloud solutions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of security measures and update protocols as necessary.
- Train staff on security standard processes and the proper use of PAM tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest security threats and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
- Lead projects related to security enhancements and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives. -Qualifications - Demonstrable experience with CyberArk PAM, CyberArk Privileged Cloud, and other Privileged Access Management solutions is required.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards.
- Ability to analyze complex security systems and recommend improvements.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading large-scale security projects.
- Good communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to staying informed on the latest security threats and solutions.
- A strategic thinker who can balance security needs with business objectives
Certification(s) Required : CYBERARK DEFENDER CERTIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT.
