Clean Harbors is seeking a Director of Healthcare Sales to lead and direct the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers and/or directors. Primarily responsible for strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in alignment with organizational objectives. Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization's long-term success.

  • Excellent computer skills with applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective professional relationships while leading/mentoring in a team atmosphere.
  • A team player, with the ability to be a collaborative team member and supportive leader.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
  • Leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel 40% throughout the United States.
