Lead paint materials development (Pretreat, sealant, and paint coatings) from R&D (Research and Development) to production application through strategic planning and execution to achieve product specifications and key SEQDCM metrics to exceed customer expectations.
- Project planning and implementation
- Material Budget and cost analysis
- Material ordering and inventory
- Production material monitoring
- Material group support
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering or equivalent relevant experience (6 years)
- 0-6 years’ experience based on education
- Complex problem analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Time management
- Flexible work hours
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to travel, both domestic and international
- 0-5 hours of overtime per week possible
- Weekend and Holiday work may be required
- 50/50% Standing vs. sitting
- Shutdown work may be required
- Manufacturing environment.
