Additional Information
As a CDL Driver at RocketMovers, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles using medium duty truck (hotshot) and a 50-foot double deck trailer. Your role will include ensuring the safe loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles, as well as maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a medium-duty truck with a 50-foot trailer to transport vehicles.
- Load and unload vehicles onto the trailer, including in reverse, ensuring they are securely fastened.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck and trailer are in optimal condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
