Will oversee Palliative programs in Coshocton/Zanesville, Dayton, and Columbus, OH - travel is expected to these locations

As aPalliative Care Nurse Practitioner(NP)you will:
- Perform bedside palliative care patient/family evaluation andassistwith diagnosis,treatmentand management of acute and chronic health conditions
- Consult with palliative care physician ordesigneesas needed,informprimary physician of services provided andcollaboratewith other physicians as needed
- Prescribe medications including controlled substances to the extent delegated and licensed
- Prepare andmaintainaccuratepatient records,chartsand documents to support sound medical practice and reimbursement for servicesprovided
To qualifyto bePalliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)with us, you will need:
- Licensure: Current licenseAdvanced Practice Nurseand Registered Nurse (RN)in the state associated with this position
- Controlled Substance license
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
