As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner(NP) you will be called to care when you’re needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you’ll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Will oversee Palliative programs in Coshocton/Zanesville, Dayton, and Columbus, OH - travel is expected to these locations

As aPalliative Care Nurse Practitioner(NP)you will:

  • Perform bedside palliative care patient/family evaluation andassistwith diagnosis,treatmentand management of acute and chronic health conditions
  • Consult with palliative care physician ordesigneesas needed,informprimary physician of services provided andcollaboratewith other physicians as needed
  • Prescribe medications including controlled substances to the extent delegated and licensed
  • Prepare andmaintainaccuratepatient records,chartsand documents to support sound medical practice and reimbursement for servicesprovided

To qualifyto bePalliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)with us, you will need:

  • Licensure: Current licenseAdvanced Practice Nurseand Registered Nurse (RN)in the state associated with this position
  • Controlled Substance license
  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
