Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
- Home Health experience
- Current BLS certification
Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapyapproved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the Company

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
