Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OHstate is part of the PT compact privilege states
- At least 2 but negotiable experience
- Oasis experience required
- BLS
- Experience with Homecare Home Base highly preferred

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
