Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel RN -Pediatric Dialysis
Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Minimum 5 overnight on-call shifts per month - 1 to 2 of them being weekend on call 24hour shifts
Minimum 1to 2 Saturday morning shifts per month for patients needing extra treatment
Requirements:
- DC License
- Must have 2 years dialysis experience
- HD experience required
- BLS
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- PD experience preferred
Other Details:
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required + Booster - No Exemptions, Current Booster
- Locals accepted

Modules are not billable and required to be completed within the first week of the assignment.
Missed shifts due to call outs are required to be made up on the back end of the contract, extra days will be added.
FDI will be sent direct to the traveler from the client, this does not mean the traveler is cleared to start. Must seek clearance prior to reporting for first day.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $2300 per week
