What We Are Looking For
Lake Granbury Medical Center’sICU Departmentis now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse RN to work on our 12 bed unit.
What You Will Do
Job Duties:
- Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Performs various patient test and administers medications within the scope of practice
- Promotes patients’ independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- 1 year of ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS upon hire
- NIHS certification upon hire
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Working Hours:
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- 6 weekend shifts in a 6 week timeframe is required
- Rotating holidays
