Qualifications:
If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
- Thorough understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations
- Proven ability to take initiative to better support student learning/growth
- Ability to lead or take part in enrichment classes, school committees, after school activities, and/or summer camp courses is desire
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
