Location: Bridgewater – NJ Hybrid (3 days’ onsite and 2 days’ work from home).

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of SnM Data Lake projects to support Sales & Marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide strategic direction for data management practices ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Drive the design and architecture of data solutions that meet business needs and enhance decision-making - Ensure data integrity and security across all projects implementing best practices for data governance.
- Monitor project progress identifies risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes - Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and technical specifications - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement - Utilize data analytics to measure project success and inform future initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all data management activities.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in SnM Data Lake with proven experience in managing complex data projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in Sales & Marketing with a deep understanding of data-driven strategies.
- Exhibit excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Show proficiency in data management practices including data governance data integrity and data security.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
