Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- In office position- must commute to 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
