Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and completion of all required paperwork.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and support HR-related documentation and reporting.
Support HR initiatives and projects such as performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience 2 years as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
