Job Summary
- TheRegistered Nurse coordinates patient care for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process in cardiology and Cath lab.
- Cardiology duties include: Stress lab, telemedicine, EKGs, etc. for inpatient and outpatient
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera’s values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
- Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Must have current RN licensure in the state of SD or “multi-state privilege” to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside of SD.
- BLS Certification required within 60 days of hire.
- ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire.
Work Schedule
- 7am-3:30pm, 4 days one week and 5 days the next; 72 hours every 2 weeks
- Noweekends, no holidays, and no call
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
