Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Cooper University Hospital, located in Camden, NJ. This 670-bed hospital is South Jersey’s only level one trauma center. Cooper University Hospital is located ~ 4 miles east of Philadelphia center.
$5000 sign-on bonus!
4 weeks’ vacation after 12 months + 3 personal days!

The successful candidate will:
- manage the clinical nutrition program within Cooper University Hospital;
- supervise,train and educate a team of 10 Registered Dietitians;
- drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;
- manage Sodexo’s menu management system (healthtouch);
- assist the Patient Services Manager and support the Call Center;
- be the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff and represent the depart on hospital wide committees; and
- occasionally provide direct patient care on a variety of units to provide coverage as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Basic Management Experience: 6 years experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timeframes within the overall policy framework
Basic Functional Experience: 5 years as experienced specialized practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to specialists.
