- WA license
- 2Years of Experience
- Independence in Bedside swallow eval & follow; CommEval & follow-up; Outpatient standardized test administration
- BLS
- CCC-SLP
Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR
Required to cover: InPatient & Outpatient

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
