Summary
JOB SUMMARY
- Assist providers with efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of care, perform a variety of general patient care responsibilities to include but not limited to: measuring/recording vital signs, collecting specimens, administering injections, fingersticks for glucose and A1C for diabetic patients, glucose tolerance tests, downloading glucometers, EKG. patient education and assisting with thyroid biopsies.
- Returns calls to patients in a timely manner making sure to document and update all information in the patient chart.
- Scanning and attaching documents as required in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred High School Diploma HS diploma or equivalent
- Less than 2 years Experience working in a medical office Preferred
- AHA- - American Heart Assoc CPR
