The Customer Service Specialist assists the Customer Service Team with the processing of claims using good judgement, video, and information from the locations to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the CCS will be fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support / call queue and will float between the two roles depending on where they are needed the most.

The following responsibilities outline critical aspects of the Customer Service Specialist.
- Claims Processing & Resolution
- Unlimited Customer Support / Call Queue
- Customer Feedback / Complaint Resolution
- Ensure a Positive Customer Experience
- Support the Customer Service Department
- Additional administrative responsibilities
What do we need from you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing/customer service
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew’s external customer
