Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - CVICU
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week,every other weekend and every other holiday
Length: 16 weeks
Requirements:
- VA License
- At least 1 years experience in cardiac surgery
- Dysrhythmia required (study guide available)
- ACLS
- BLS
- TNCC preferred
- PCCN preferred
- CCRN preferred
- TCRN preferred
- NIH preferred
- RN-BC Registered Nurse - Board Certified preferred
- Education Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred
- 6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit preferred
- Training EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training preferred
- Critical Care Course preferred
Other Details:
- No locals accepted (locals are considered to be 50 miles away from the facility)
5 bed ICU
Vasopressors, blood, sedation, paralytics
CVLs, temporary HD caths, Swan catheters, impella, balloon pump, CRRT
Ventilator, bipap
Patient population is underserved with multiple chronic co morbidities
Support staff is RT, 2-3 nurses on unit
Need to be very independent and confident with taking fresh post op CABG, AVR/MVR that may require balloon pump or impella

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $2120 per week
