Maintenance duties:
Move furniture as needed
Preventative maintenance as advised by Facilities Supervisor
Weekly inspections
Some experience in painting/plumbing
Basic electrical knowledge, has worked with basic tools: screwdriver, wrench etc.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
