Nurse Leader – MSK Nurse Leader - Basking Ridge Campus
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Nurse Leader at our Basking Ridge location. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on our team and in the lives of our patients and their families. This is a freestanding outpatient facility, located in Basking Ridge NJ. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in this area of New Jersey.
Position Overview:
- Work in a highly collaborative interprofessional practice environment.
- Plan, direct and manage the clinical and operational functions of the ambulatory care site during all hours of operation.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing staff by developing and implementing programs, services, procedures, and quality nursing standards to ensure exemplary care for patients undergoing treatment at MSK.
- Will play a pivotal role in offering transformational leadership by creating and sustaining a healthy work environment that supports, furthers, and promotes excellence in patient care, clinical nursing practice, and patient safety.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- New Jersey State Registered Nurse (RN) license/registrationNational Certification
- A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Outstanding communication and self-awareness.
- Mentorship and coaching abilities to support nursing staff development.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- This role is based at MSK’s New Jersey Basking Ridge location.
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation as needed
- Reporting to the Director Nursing (Ambulatory Services)
Pay Range: $146,100.00 - $241,100.00.
