- Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of duties: assist and supervise personal cares, individual and group activities, activities of daily living, etc., under the supervision of Registered Nurse and Therapist
- Bathe dress/undress patient, assist with personal hygiene
- Serve and collect food trays. Assist with patient feeding
- Assist patient in ambulating
- Take and record vital signs, weights and I & O
- Pass and collect bed pan
- Change bed linen
- Provide encouragement, support and comfort to patient and family member
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation system
- Perform any and all other duties assigned
