Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers

Radius rule Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
Pending State License accepted: No, must have in hand at time of start
