Experienced RN Incentives:
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- ASN to BSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000).
- BSN to MSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000)
Units you may float to based on experience:
ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units, Acute Rehab and Behavioral Health.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years RN bed-side experience required
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited RN program
- License:Current RN license in the state of MO
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Preferred Education:BSN
- Preferred Experience: a minimum 3years medical surgical or critical care experience in hospital setting and have competencies equivalent to those required of core staff nurses
