We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Analytics to join our team at Cognizant. As a Salesforce CRM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in improving our customer engagement and operational efficiency through innovative SFDC configurations and developments. Experience Salesforce CRMA Architect.

Candidate should have at least 10-12 years of experience.

Work with Business to document requirements, build design and solution to implement dashboard as per business need.

Setup integration with 3rd party applications to get the data in CRMA, join it with salesforce data to show customer 360 view.

Solution Design and Implementation: Utilize their expertise in Salesforce CRMA and US Healthcare to design and implement tailored solutions/dashboards that meet the unique needs of our organization. This includes architecting data models, configuring workflows, and integrating with other applications.

  1. Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and Salesforce platform standards. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimize system performance and user experience.
  2. Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business partners in Solaris and other applications to understand their requirements, provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, and ensure alignment with their goals. Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging the knowledge of CRMA and US Healthcare to support their needs.
  3. Hands-on Work and Training: Take a hands-on approach to Salesforce CRMA implementation, actively participating in system configuration, customization, and development tasks. Additionally, deliver training and support to the business team, enabling them to optimally apply Salesforce and improve its benefits.

  • Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims is a plus.
