SPECIALTY SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST-RIAO/OR

Position Summary: As a member of the surgical team in the RIAO and/or General Operating Room, the SPECIALTY SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST provides technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN. When not directly assisting the physician in a procedure, may participate in the rendering of patient care under the direction of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Licensed Surgical Tech Diploma;American Heart Association Basic Life Support BLS CPR Certification;Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate CST already obtained.
