NTT DATA is currently seeking a professional front desk/ receptionist/office manager to join our team in our McLean, Virginia (US-VA) office.

This part-time role requires up to 20 hours weekly. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our visitors and staff, and will provide administrative support to our office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person or department, adhering to facility security procedures.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls and forward them to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate building management issues, such as maintenance requests, security, and parking. Track all items to completion.
  • Maintain front desk and shared spaces in the office to ensure a clean, tidy, and professional appearance.
  • Track and distribute parking/facility access FOBs to staff and visitors.
  • Order office supplies, ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary materials, and arrange and replenish items as needed.
  • Coordinate meal arrangements, handle setup, and cleanup.
  • Conduct regular facility reviews and report any issues or needs to the management.
  • Support special events, such as meetings, workshops, and celebrations, by setting up the venue, arranging catering, and assisting guests.
  • Assist the on-site executive leadership team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • This position will be overseen by the Executive Assistant of the Divisional President
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Occasionally, may be required to adjust work schedule and assist with special events or work extended hours as necessary; ample notice will be provided whenever possible.


Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00/ hour
