Project Manager (Hybrid)

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with experience Property & Casualty Insurance domain, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Work Authorization

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep projects on track and address any impediments.
  • Collaborate with collaborators to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, using metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and collaborators, highlighting achievements and areas of concern.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and Agile methodologies

Required qualifications:

  • Have experience as a CX-Scrum Master, with the ability to lead and mentor Scrum teams effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Possess a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337– $163,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
