Job Summary
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care for surgical patients and assists with emergency airway management and emergency IV access.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited school of anesthesia.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Licensure by the SD State Board of Nursing as a CRNA
- Maintain credentials per medical staff requirements.
- Must have upon hire and continuously maintain National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification.
- Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists preferred.
Work Schedule
- Day Shifts: 6:30am-3:00pm;PRN (as needed)
