Overview: Monday-Friday School Nurse, 8AM – 3:30PM for the 2024/2025 School Year!
Compensation: $37-$39/hr.
Job Responsibilities (School Nurse):
- Accompany child to school providing all medical care outlined in the established Plan of Care.
- Provide a medically safe environment for learning and peer interaction.
- Follow behavioral plan, as needed.
- Work with other school staff, therapists, & teachers to follow daily schedules and transition from one activity to another.
- Assess and document patient conditions and report changes, as needed.
- Accompany child on outings or bus rides, as required.
Requirements (School Nurse):
- Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program and active RN License in PA.
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aide Certification.
- Valid state issued, Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel.
