As aRegistered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Supervisor,you will:
Providesupervision, guidance, and evaluations to all assigned pediatric and home care staff
Oversee the implementation and ongoing assessment of the patient’s plan of care through management ofRNs, and other staff.
Ensurean accurateevaluation and work to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan that addresses patient needs.
Communicate patient conditions and collaborate withappropriate providersto deliver care when patient needs evolve.
To qualify foraRegisteredNurse(RN)Pediatric Supervisorpositionwith us, you will need:
Education: Associatedegree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)required
Licensure:Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with thisposition
Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, notrequired
One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pediatric field.
One (1) year of supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
