THE OPPORTUNITY

Primient is looking for an HR Intern to join our Corporate HR Team to design and execute program to diversify Primient's workforce, collaborate with community organizations, track program metrics, and assist with general HR tasks.

Key responsibilities: HR Intern

• Design and execute a program to diversify Primient's workforce by targeting individuals with diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with community organizations and potential partners to identify talent pools and build relationships to support program goals.
• Analyze current job descriptions and propose modifications to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Track and analyze program metrics to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present program materials to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with general HR tasks, such as onboarding, training, and data entry.

ABOUT YOU

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion; creative and innovative mindset; interest in community development and social impact.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and proactive; strong organizational and time-management skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

What We Offer:

This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our HR operations within a dynamic environment. You will develop practical skills in HR programs, implementation, tracking, and other general HR tasks.

Must possess valid work authorization for the US. We are not offering sponsorship for this role.

ITEMS TO NOTE

This is a 40 hour per week/Full Time role.

This role is a Hybrid role - 3 days a week at the Schaumburg, IL office

There is no guarantee of full-time placement at the conclusion of this internship.

This role comes with a $21.00/hr rate with a $3000 Housing/Travel stipend.
