Mountain Lore is looking for a Hospital Manager. If you have experience in veterinary medicine and have the leadership skills to manage and nurture a growing hospital team, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
The Hospital Manager is fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital, overseeing staff and providing our clients, patients, and the team with the resources needed to deliver outstanding patient care and customer service. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience, preferably in veterinary general practice as this role requires critical thinking and skills specific to veterinary medicine.
You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling your team, as well as mentoring and developing personalized growth plans with each employee.
The hospital manager works closely with the surrounding area hospital managers to develop workflow improvements to increase efficiency while managing high-quality care as well as resolving client concerns. The manager reports to the Area Director and will work with them to develop operational and financial goals for their individual hospital.
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience.
